Inter-school sport Y4-6
Our senior students competed in a round-robin competition for Tee-ball and soccer this week. It was fantastic to have such high participation rates in each sport, with several teams competing on the day. Thank you to Mr Walsh, Mr M and Miss Clohesy for supporting the students on the day.
The students wanted to thank the staff for their work developing skills and competencies throughout our senior school sport in the lead-up to the event.
Our mixed Tee-ball team were overall victors for the day going through undefeated. There were plenty of highlights with home runs, great catches and some wonderful teamwork throughout. The other team also had some mixed results throughout the day with several close games.
The soccer team had mixed results with a big win followed by a couple of closer results. The team worked well as a unit and had a lot of fun showing off some of their fancy foot work.
Congratulations to all of our students for an outstanding day. Another opportunity to represent the school will take place later in the year.
