District Athletics
CPS sent a team of 14 students to represent the
school at District Athletics. Our Year 3-6
students competed in a range of track and field
events throughout the day producing some
wonderful individual efforts.

Well done to those that participated on the day. All students represented the school well and did their best during their events. Notable results for District Athletics:
9/10 year old
• Jack – 3rd 200m and 4th 100m
11 year old
• Gabe – 1st place in discus and 4th place in shot put
• Connor – 3rd place in 200m
• Jade - 4th place in 200m
12/13 year old
• Jacinta – 3rd place in 200m
• Noah – 3rd place in 100m and 4th place in 200m.
• Xavier – 3rd place in shot put
A fantastic achievement by all of the students who participated today. They represented Carrington PS very well and supported and cheered on their peers.
Thank you to Mr Michalowsky and Kane (Chaplain) for supporting our students at Knox Athletics Track and for our drivers for transporting them to and from the venue.
